Thomas Bridge

Cumnor have numerous jobs throughout the Munster region and beyond and having built up a strong relationship over the years we are invited and privileged to price a number of jobs with them. One of the smaller, interesting jobs we were asked to carry out was the Thomas Bridge in Co. Clare. As small bridge in a tight forestry setting the bridge had been damaged due to years of heavy logging trucks and vehicle damage to the upper walls.

Repointing and repairs works were required without causing a full obstruction to the vehicle route. An access scaffold was provided at a safe location with subsequent working platforms to each side of the bring for repair and strengthening works provided. Quite often it is the smaller jobs with difficulties in access and support conditions is where are teams excel. The passion in providing a safe and useable solution, along with the years of experiences allows us to take on such projects in our stride.
